This week’s long run

15 miles.  Took a bit longer than I had planned, mainly due to the narrow roads and non-existent shoulders.  Many spots had me stop and stand on the curb so vehicles could get by.

Better than running on the surface and turning an ankle.

The gun goes off for the 10K in 6.5 hours…
